Empathy is the ability to understand another person’s emotions and to understand their point of view It’s okay to empathize with customers in fact, it’s a key component of great service.
Lastly, show appreciation to customers regardless of the fact that they are the ones in need of your service. Learn to thank customers for their patience, understanding, and valued loyalty. Your everyday appreciation can turn problems into solutions and fair-weather customers into loyal brand ambassadors.
